I just received the book and have already been pleasantly surprised. Thoroughly enjoying the cost couple chapters and how in depth it goes into. I have peaked at the recipes but need to finish every chapter before I really dive into the dishes. Very excited to try the recipes and stat my keto for fertility journey.

SO FAR SO GOOD
My husband and I have been using the cookbook for over 2 weeks now and all of the recipes have been very yummy and fairly easy. As with all cookbooks I've found that the prep and cook times are not accurate but with practice that should improve. Some of the instructions could be more specific especially for us amateur cooks. I've found a couple of errors but nothing too major. We do our grocery shopping at Walmart and haven't been able to find some of the cuts of meats called for, so I wish substitutions were suggested instead of having to use Google. But overall we're pleased and are excited to try more of the recipes.
