Great recipes
I have been on the carnivore diet for three months and loss 30lbs. I have to admit I was running out of food ideas until I got this book and started to use the recipes. This will help keep me on track until my fertility journey begins next month and moving forward. The recipes are delicious

I'm going to order the paperback even though I ordered the online version
I love it that much, tried to see about printing out pages but turns out it's cheaper just to order the paperback, which I should have done in the first place. Even if you're not eating for fertility, this book is pretty solid. I've always liked Maria Emmerich and Dr. Robert Kiltz. I hope they put more cookbooks out together sometime.
