Keto for Fertility Cookbook

The cookbook has a lot of great recipes! Here’s to hoping this is the change I needed to get my miracle baby.

Really good book, I'm not trying to get pregnant I just liked the recipes. Maria Emmerich always has good recipes.

I have been on the carnivore diet for three months and loss 30lbs. I have to admit I was running out of food ideas until I got this book and started to use the recipes. This will help keep me on track until my fertility journey begins next month and moving forward. The recipes are delicious

I love it that much, tried to see about printing out pages but turns out it's cheaper just to order the paperback, which I should have done in the first place. Even if you're not eating for fertility, this book is pretty solid. I've always liked Maria Emmerich and Dr. Robert Kiltz. I hope they put more cookbooks out together sometime.

The recipes are solid and the information at the beginning of the book is enticing. That said, it was really frustrating that the charts often didn’t list sources (e.g fiber chart on pg 18). There were also various acronyms that weren’t written out first and charts without so much as a label (e.g. a chart on pg 43 where there is no title and no explanation of all the acronyms). I just wish they had done a better job with quality control because it makes the information feel less trustworthy and I really want to believe it and be able to convince others.
